Malacca is fun! Leave me alone

12th December 2009, Saturday
Yeay it’s Saturday again. I’ve been counting days and it does suffer the wait. And if you wonder why I’m counting till sat, I’m going to Malacca again. Hey it’s near and it’s a nice place so you go to hell if you don’t like it! I went with Is and his sister. On a way we’d stopped at Seremban to attend wedding. Nice food and we stuffed, makes us more ready to hit the road to our destination. We went to Dataran Pahlawan it’s in the city, there were historical buildings nearby and stairs to go on top of the hill, where placed an old church. You can see the sunset from there and that is what we were aiming for.
I drove halfway back to KL, as they were all exhausted. That is all for now, good night everybody.

Baskin Robbin

6th December 2009, Sunday

My friend back in Sek Men came visited today. I’m so glad that she came by. Her name is Noor Ain Abdul Halim. I drove her to Alamanda and we did some window shopping and had a Baskin Robbins. There are so many things to catch up with her, so many stories to tell, and hot gossips, ufff. Well, of course, we haven’t met for 6 years. What do you expect? I don’t even know where to start. We kind of lost contact when I was in Pakistan and I’m so happy I get to talk and hang out with her again. She bought me cooking book for my wedding present. Well, I need that, deeply.

We got tired of Alamanda and bounced to Old Town in Cyberjaya next, (my favorite place always) and had Laksa for dinner. Scrumptious I tell yah! She couldn’t sleep over at my place, it was not enough of her today. I wish she could stay. I missed her. I’m going back hometown next week and and I’ll be in UAE on 1st Jan 2010 for 3 months, I don’t think I can see her again in this short period of time. It was a heartrending moment when I gave her a goodbye hug. Anyway thanks Ain for coming, I appreciate it and thanks for the present.

Say cheeze!

5th December 2009, Saturday
We bounced to Malacca for outdoor photography session. Malacca is a historic place and very fascinating at night with its colorful lights and ‘Jonker Walk’ especially. I’m starting to enjoy picture shooting because of Is. He taught me how to use the camera when we went for karaoke and I got my first picture snapped on my camera and it turned out pretty good thus got me excited and eagerly to learn more after that. It’s a good start. For now, I’m using Canon G10 and borrowed his Nikon D90.
We reached Malacca late evening and first thing we did was take a tour on Malacca river cruise. The surroundings along the river were really nice that I don’t feel like getting out of the boat. Our next destination was Malacca Eye on Malaysia. Damn that thing was freaking scary.
Hungry and thirsty and yes our tummy needs to be feed, so we drove to nearby restaurant and had yummy seafood. I’m so stuffed that could barely move. Hah! There was a port full of ‘sampan’ and boats, which is so peaceful to be and look at. It’s fascinating. We took picture there and yes again I got a lovely shot. :D
I got home around 2am. I was exhausted but it was worth as I learned something tonight. Can’t wait for our next outdoor.
